But please read our return policy carefully before you contact us.

Return Condition

  • You can return the package to us within the limited time. Our returns policy covers 14 days, so have 14 days to return the product from the date you receive it. . If 14 days have passed since the time of your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot accepte your return request.
  • We sent the wrong order or item(s).
  • You received any broken items(Paint peeling, motor damage, acrylic board damage, etc.)
  • Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging,ensure that all articles in the package are intact ! If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Also some pictures showing the problem/defect after submitting the return/exchange request online are required.

Order Refunds

You have the right to ask the full/partial refund on your order in the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong/damaged item(s).
  • You returned your package back to us.
  • You received an incomplete product.

You can contact our after-sale team to request your refund according to your requirement and your order details by email.

And once your refund request is accepted by us (our team will deal with your refund request within 48 hours and give you the reply),  your refund steps are as followed:

Case 1: You need to return your package

  1. Once you return the package to us and your return is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.
  2. If you are approved, refund will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of your item(s).
  3. You will be notified if your refund reaches your account and get a refund receipt.

Case 2: You do not need to return your package

  1. We will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund.
  2. If you are approved, we will apply the full/partial refund to your account.
  3. You will be notified if your refund reaches your account and get a refund receipt.

Please note that payment processing is beyond our control and it may take up to 7-10 additional business days for the funds to be credited to your account used during checkout.

Get A Replacement

You have the right to request a repalcement if you do not want a refund but your order comes across the  following conditions:

  • You received the wrong/damaged item(s).
  • You returned your package back to us.
  • You received an incomplete product.

You can contact our after-sale team to request your replacement according to your requirement and your order details by email.

The steps are as followed:

  • We receive your request and confirm your requirement
  • We arrange the shipment the same item/missing part/different item at the equal price to you according to your requirments.
  • We update the tracking number of your repalcement.

Please note that the normal shipping time of a replacement is about 7-14 days.

Order Cancellation

We have different solutions about the order cancellation under the different cases. If you want to cancel your order, please read the following cases carefully and identify the one you belong to.

Case 1: Before Shipment

Your order will be fully refunded if it has not been shipped and is within 24 hours. Please send an email  if you decide to cancel the order.

Case 1: After Shipment

We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order have already been shipped. But you can return the package back to us at your cost and contact us to apply the refund of your order.

Late or missing refunds

If you still haven’t received your refund after 14 business days, please do as the following steps:

  1. First of all, double check your bank account and ensure it is the same one used for purchase.
  2. Following this, contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund appears in your account.
  4. After performing each of these steps, if you are certain the refund has not be received, please contact us at [email protected]

Return Shipping Fee

If your package need to be returned to us, we will bear the return shipping cost in the following conditions:

  1. You received the wrong item(s).
  2. You received the damaged item(s).
  3. We sent you double items.

And you need to pay your return shipping fee by yourself in the following conditions:

  1. You received the correct item but you want to cancel the order.
  2. You received the item in good quality but you do not want to keep the order.
  3. You received the defective item but the item has been damaged with intention.
  4. You received the double items because you choose the wrong quantity.

To return your product, please follow as steps:

1. Email to  [email protected]  first to describe your situation.

2. Send the broken picture as email attachment(If possible)

3. Check if you still keep the original package.

4. Send the item back to the address we offered you.

5. We wil refund you after we receive the item and finish quality check.

You are responsible for covering shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
